Mayonaise (not miracle whip) Olive Oil or VO5 hot oil treatment!. The mayo, apply and cover with plastic or shower cap for an hour or more then wash out with a mild shampoo!. Stop anything that will dry your hair like hot hair dryer, hot roller or curling iron/flat iron!. Get a cut you can air dry untill hair is in better shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
