i would say the scissors would go a way first do to the scissors you wouldnt be able to go as deep with a razor blade is usually sharper and you would do more damage to the skin with a razor than a pair of scissors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
from experience, scissor cuts will go away first!. they never go as deep as a razor blade, so the cut has an advantage to healing!.
