If it's really bad you should see a dermatologist!.
As for at home treatments, nothing beats ProActive!. My son had a bad acne problem and we'd tried everything!. Normally we use natural products!. I make my own bath soap, laundry products etc but nothing I tried helped the poor kid and we started trying commercial products!.For a year we tried one product and then another with poor results until I broke down and ordered four of the proactive products!. Well you can treat the symptom but it wont fix the problem!.
You need to not drink pop (even diet) , no energy drinks, no junk food or processed food!.
You can also eat a can of beets for 2 weeks (not pickled) and it will help your liver to not be so congested by whatever it is that you have done!.
Use clean and clear facial scrub and acne treatment from walmart!. Its cheap and does the trick really nicely!.

I used to have really bad acne !. It was pretty embarassing to go to college with my acne patched face and I was desperate to get rid of it somehow!. I took plenty of efforts to keep my face clean all the time and also ate nutritious food and drank lots of water!. Unfortunately none of it helped!. I then recently read an article about a lady who got rid of her acne using a particular product!. I tried it and it worked really well!. Within 4 weeks my acne was gone completely!.
