First and foremost I am here to calm you than show you how much I am intelligent!.
It is not linked , in any case, to seizure!. But in our ages {yours and mine} really can be linked to calcium , potassium and magnesium deficiency!. You know why !? Because we don't drink enough water!. I have in the right leg, inside and deep, between the knee and ankle due to an injury in low back!. Movement helps me to prevent but I observed that when I drink at least 8-10 glasses of mineral water a day I haven't no twitching, no cramps, for a long-long period of time!. When I don't drink enough, the punishment is double ,I have these uncomfortable sensations plus a dry mouth!.
In most cases ,the real cause is unknown!. Nevertheless I 'll tell you a few causes from my experience!.
People with anemia
Chronic diseases such as peripheral neuropathy
Some pregnant women
Certain medications may aggravate these symptoms
Like I said above, calcium, potassium and magnesium deficiencies
And relatively poor blood circulation then your legs and hands may be could!.
If there are not other symptoms , relieving is enough by massage, movement of fingers or walking
I don't laugh!. Try to drink more mineral water before you enter panic to your life!.,like I do right now!.
I hope this will help you a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
