Question: Is ricemilk alright for someone that is lactose intolerant!?
My friends son is 2yrs old and cant handle cow or soy milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would go with almond, goat, or hemp!. Those are the healthiest!. Your son could have raw milk if you happen to have a dairy around that sells it!. Its really hard to find!. You would think it would hurt him but it actually helps him heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, rice milk has no lactose in it, so it will not cause a problem for someone who is lactose intolerant!. Only dairy milk has lactose in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the milk has the sugar lactose in it then he can't have it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it has absolutely no dairy i drink it and it is great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
