ACNE IS A SKIN DISEASE USUALLY CAUSED BY NOT WASHING WITH SOAP AND WATER AND NO GLANDS!. I'D SUGGEST YOU TELL HIM TO GET VASELINE WITH ALOE (MEDICAL PLANT DERIVETED) AND HAVE SOME ONE RUB IT ON HIS BACK 3 TIMES A DAY FOR 3 WEEKS, THEN 2 TIMES FOR 2 WEEKS IF IT LOOK LIKE ITS CLEARING UP KEEP DOING IT, IF NOT TELL HIM TO SEE A DOCTOR!. ALSO WASH WITH SOAP N WATER IN AM AND BEFORE GOING TO BED EACH DAY!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ya!.!. its not oil glands though!. they are pores, for sweat (so sweat glands,) and when they get clogged they break out!.
the "oil" is part of what the pores create, which cause the pores to get even more clogged!.

I'd say Oil Glands you have em all over your body!.!.its like we have lymph nodes all over as well!.!.!.Dunno though I'm not an expert on this stuff!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
