Hii, this sounds quites embarassing, but i have the same thing, and dont worry ive been checked and discharge is normal!.!. But do you shave!? if you do its natural for it to itch down there!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Although vaginal itching is the hallmark of yeast infections and other vaginal infections (including sexually transmitted diseases, STDs), itching in the vagina and vulvar areas has multiple causes!. Vaginal itching can also arise due to chemical irritants that may be found in detergents or soaps, douches and vaginal creams, toilet paper, bath products, feminine hygiene products, and vaginal contraceptive products!.

Women in the menopausal transition may experience vaginal itching due to fluctuations in estrogen levels!. As estrogen levels decline in the perimenopause, the vaginal wall becomes thinner and drier, and itching may result!.

Some studies have shown a link between psychological stress and vaginal yeast infections!. This is likely due to the fact that stress is known to have a negative effect on the immune system and could possibly increase the likelihood of getting a yeast infection!.

A discharge that doesn't have an odor or cause any itching or burning is perfectly normal!. It's your vagaina's way of cleaning itself!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some vaginal discharge is normal!. It should be white or clear, and should not smell "unusual" - so it may smell funky or sweaty, but it shouldn't have a rotting smell or smell very very strong!.

And a little bit of itching is not unusual either!. A yeast infection typically itches (or hurts) very very badly!. It's a wear-yourself-out-scratching sort of itch, as you put it!.

Everything that you've described is perfectly normal!. And good for you for paying attention!. By knowing what is "normal" for your own body, you'll be in a better situation to notice if anything abnormal happens!.

Good question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you shave it could be from that or it could be that you have bacterail vaginosis or something or a yeast infection even if your teacher didn't notice any thing weird!. one thing that might help to rule out a yeast infection (although it sound gross) but your finger in there move it around a bit and then check to see it it has whiteish yellowish color and kinda looks like small pieces of wet toilet paper or thats what i think it looks like some ppl say cottage cheese!. if not and if you know its not razor burn you might want to see an obgyn!. (doctor) also try wearing cotton panies and looser clothing so that it can breath betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

It could be thrush!. That's not necessarily a sexually transmitted thing!. It can be caused by "overheating" the area!. The discharge can be down to a yeast infection, so i wouldn't worry unduly!. Keep the area clean, and dont overheat it by too many undergarments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you for real watch the kids at school maybe its just a guy thing but we scratch all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

discharge is part of your cycle!. it cleans out your vagina but the itching is most likely a yeast infectionWww@Answer-Health@Com
