You probably just need some rest but if that's not the case then sure you can buy an eye cream but make sure you buy a good one!. Go the the Clinique counter and get some Daily Eye Hydrator which should help with your dark circles or try the All About Eyes eye cream/gel!.

drink more water and make sure you are getting souns sleep!. Take your weight and divide that number by 2!. Whatever that number is drink that many ounces of water a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
