i was bitten by a dog on 9th of this month on my lower leg!. i was wearing a thick jeans which was not torn during the bite!.
my leg did not got any wounds and there was no bleeding at all!.
But there were 2 blood blisters, which were also present on my other leg!.
I don't know if the blisters were because of bite or they were already their!.!.!.!.
so to be on the safe side i took a shot of anti rabies vaccine on 16th and second dose on 23rd!.!.!.!.
am i going in the right direction!?
can a virus enter my body through the blisster(although my jeans was not torn so teaths of dog did not touvhed my skin directly)Www@Answer-Health@Com

as ur jeans is not torn it means ther is no contact b/w the blisters n dogs teeth or saliva so the virus if present in the body of dog would not enter ur body!.did u observe the dog for 10 days if the dog dies within 10 days it might b a rabid dog n u can go for post exp antirabies immunisation under class 1!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pray tell, what are you so worried about !? your skin wasn't broken, the Rabi's virus could not have entered your skin!. They must have told you this at the hospital!. Don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you are getting rabies shots then the doctor should have answered this question!. if your jeans were not torn and your skin was not broken why go through a painful series of shots!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
