Hold down the "C" button until the time or date flash (I dont remember what flashes first!.!.I think its the time)!. Once its flashing, press the "M" button!. Keep pressing the "M" button until you get the number you want (should be the hour)!. When you get the number you want, press the "C" button again and the minute should flash!. Press the "M" button until you get the right minute (you have to keep pressing it!.!.!.dont hold it)!. Press the "C" button and you'll get AM/PM or 24-hr!.!.press the "M" button for which ever one you want!. Press the "C" button and the date should start flashing (the month should flash)!. Do the same thing that you did with the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
