HIV is an incredibly fragile virus, so it dies almost immediately once it is outside the body!. That being said, good hygiene dictates that personal items such as disposable razors should not be shared!. For non-disposable razors, standard antiseptic procedures such as immersing the blade in alcohol should be followed regardless of the previous user's health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
