Question: Should I have another blood test, based on my circumstance!?
I have had a low wbc count now for about 5 or 6 years!. I am 21 years old now!. I would just like to know if I should have regular checkups e!.g!. blood tests every 6 months just to check it does not fall any lower!? The lowest it has been was 2!.5, and the highest was 3!.6!. WBC levels should be between 4 and 10!. Concerned at this point in time as I have got a bad cough and cold- first proper one for months/ years!.
Do you think I need a checkup, and how would I go about it!? I don't want to go to docs if there is no point!. I will feel I am wasting their time!. Every time I cough- I almost want to be sick!. It crocks alot- ARGGGHHH- what do I do!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is a borderline leukopenia !.!.!.!. and some times we really do not know the cause !.!.!. the usual suspects are ruled out !.!.!. which I am sure your doctor has done !.!.!.!.
I think I would get a second opinion for your peace of mind !.!.!. maybe an Internist or a Hematologist if you can get a referal !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
