Question: Whats happening to me!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Please, only answer if you have HAD this problem or if you
have treated someone who had this problem!.

I have a problem, i'm 46, a little overweight, but been pretty healthy most of my life!.
My problem is, i ache All over, my arms, my back, my legs, my
neck, even my ankles!. I feel like a rubber band that has been wound too tight and needs to be stretched out!. And now, all of a sudden i have this thing with my legs!. My calves and shins are hard as a rock, red, swollen, hot to the touch, and my skin looks mottled sortof, it has these lil indents all over it!. It honestly feels like i have armor on my lower legs!. i can't even bend my ankles to walk!. No, i'm not diabetic!. And yes i have been to the doctor and all he did was give me 5 perscriptions that i can't afford, they are over $300!.
Except that it might be Rigormortis setting in, i can't think of what it could be, any ideas, has this happened to anyone else!? This starting the second week and i'm frustrated!.

I have not had this problem, but I am an RN in a hospital, and I have seen things similar to this!. The aching all over could be any number of things, such as Fibromyalgia, or arthritis!. the red, swollen, and hot to the touch calves really sound like cellulitis, which is in the skin, or even phlebitis, which is in the veins!. Both can become infected pretty easily, so I am concerned that you should see a Dr!. as soon as you can!. Let them know that what they gave you previously is out of your reach financially, and maybe they can find a more cost friendly substitution, or even maybe some samples!. Best of luck to you, and please see the Dr!. soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly I am sorry to hear you are going through this!. It sounds like an inflammatory disorder!. If your Dr get you prescriptions, I assume he also gave you a diagnosis as well!. If you cannot afford medication go to a local teaching hospital, most large hospitals are, and apply for free care!. A teaching hospital will have a pharmacy on site and as long as you qualify they will provide medication!. I suggest you see a specialist probably a rheumatologist who can give you a proper work up!. Never listen to just one Dr, they make mistakes just like everyone else and not all Dr's are trained to look for these types of illness!. It sounds very serious, and swelling, hardness and heat are signs of infection, possibly cellulitus which has nothing to do with cellulite or fat!. Please see a different Dr as soon as possible!. I wish you the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
