Question: When I take a deep breath my chest cracks sometimes!?

there is intercostal tissue connecting your ribs and each rib is separate to sometimes they crack back into place if you have been hunched over for a while - like when you back 'creaks' sometimes if you unfurl yiour spine when you get up - or your knee cracks when you stand up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it happens to me too, when i takea nice deep breath, it doesnt worry me though, i imagine its just the costal cartilage grinding agasint the stermum, its been happening to me for years, no harm doneWww@Answer-Health@Com

I do that when I stretch behind my back- I was told by a chiropractor that it was normal,
