Question: A few health related questions here serious questions too!?
How many times per day is it normal to have a B!.M!. and what amount crosses the too many line!? What foods other than prunes and raisins make someone poop!? What foods make it harder to go poop!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It varies w/ea!. indivdual!. I've heard of people going 5x a da!. Why don't you try to eat more food with fiber, as processed foods are not good for you!. They will make you go!. Too much cheese and processed foods will make you slow down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes up to 2 days for most food to go through your body depending on what it is!. So usually once a day is good enough for most of us!. Some foods, however, will make you go more or more often!. Mexican food will do it for me!. Cheese, bananas and meat take longer and can actually prevent you from going if you overeat and make you constipated!. If you are having trouble going every day and are having abdominal cramps, you are constipated!. Water helps too!. For more information, go to Oprah!.com and click on Dr!. Oz!. I have 1 good poop every morning after i have my coffee,i eat lightly about 1000 cal per day but i have yogurt with a spoon full of both ground SALBA and one of Forti-flax for lunch and just cereal for brake fast and like i said low cal dinner!.
