Little white and red bumps?!


Question: Little white and red bumps!?
Yesterday my niece was sleeping on a quilt made of yarn!. When she woke up she had red all over her legs, but we assumed it was because of the quilt!. When it didn't go away we decided it was a heat rash, since it was so hot yesterday!. Today we found her feet broken out in little white and red bumps!. Does anyone know what it could be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
