Question: I havnt vomited in years, what happens when u surpress it!?
i can home from school today after feeling sick!. i felt sik in the morning around 430am and couldnt get back tosleep because of it!.
i have a major phobia of all aspects to do with vomiting so i havnt vomited since i was 9 because i had a stomch migrane back then, that was the last time i had done it!.
but today i feel like im the closest to vomiting that i have had in years!.
i felt something slowly going up my throat so i started panickingly slwallowing air so that it would go down!.
was this vomit coming up!?
what happend to the vomit when you swallow it/stop it from coming up!?
will it keep coming uo until ive vomited!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not smart to swallow your own vomit, it contains acids and enzymes that can cause stomach lining issues!. That being said if you stomach wants to expel what's in it that badly, it will!. You will vomit and not be able to control it!. You can also end up with intestinal infections!. Try and take probiotics to help with this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I can empathize with you because I am the same way you are!. No, I don't think that you have to vomit if you swallow it!. It will just go back into your stomach!. If you can get your stomach settled, it may stay down!. Try some medicine!. Or just try to hold still!. It is better if you sit up because gravity will help you!. I hope you get better!.
