Answers:
I think you should work on your breathe daily in a state of relaxation, first learn to relax (www!.whitemagicway!.com/relaxationtechniq!.!.!. then you can start working on your breathe during relaxation!.
1!. observe your breathe as is without judging it
2!. see that your body makes some effort while inhaling, but that each exhale is nothing but rest and relaxation of the lungs, and doesn't need no effort!.
3!. wish that your exhales become a little bit longer than they are
4!. at the end of each exhale, wait!.!.!.!.!. for your body to decide when the next inhale will be!.
5!. when the inhale starts, try not to make any effort, inhale as if you are smelling the perfume of a flower, slowly and gently
6!. as soon as the inhale is finished , no matter how deep it is,
exhale with no effort, and wait again for the next inhale that will come as a wave on the beach, washing and massaging your body from inside!.
7!. feel that your body is happy doing that, it is smiling and your lungs are smiling!.

This daily exercise will open up and heal your breathe, with time it will improve your tae kwon do!.
This technique doesn't replace any medecine!

If you like it, you might want to start practicing tai-chi because this is where I learned it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
