i have acne, and i am going to see a skin care advisor with my friend on wednesday in boots, how do i 'locate' the skincare advisor, or do i go up and ask !? i get embarresed easily and i am shy, so i dont want to get it wrong,

It's better to visit your doctor than go to a pharmacist - the doctor can prescribe you something and they're trained in that too, so they know exactly what they're talking about! Go with your mum, coz she can help advise you too, i know, coz i did it when i was 13!
