Take CETIRIZINE tablets!. They are the cheapest on the market!. I bet my hayfever is worse than yours!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If antihistamines aren't working, or you don't have any, then go to the toilets, fill a sink with cold water and submerse your head in it (face first)!. Keep your eyes open and move them about a bit, rinse your mouth out and blow through your nose!. This'll clear out all the pollen and offer temporary relief!. Don't dry off either, just let the water evaporate!. This has helped me many times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go see your doctor and he will prescribe antihistamine!. Are you sure your teacher is ignoring it!? Perhaps he/she doesn't really realise what it is you are suffering from!. I am sure a note from your doctor will clarify the situation!. I do not suffer from hayfever!. But I do realise the suffering it can create!.
