Hi!. Yesterday I went walking for about four miles in jeans!. (stupid i know)!. Now my vagina area, thighs, and bottom of my buttocks (i'm overweight so the skin rubs together) is extremely irritated!. Is this a guald or just a heat rash or somethign else!? Usually when you have galled the skin is bright red and kind of moist!. Heat rash is just that, a red rash!. Good treatment for either one--except the vaginal area--is gold bond powder!. Do not use on feminine tissue because it will cause a burning sensation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
