I hugged my grandpa and then AFTER that my dad told me he has them a little bit (its his 2nd time)!. He was wearing long sleeves and pants and I dont think there was any skin to skin contact!. I wasn't around him like at all after!. I had the vaccination for it when I was little and when I was 6 I had a few little chicken pox spots!. I am leaving for Spain in 2 days and I can't go if I have chicken pox!. I am freaking out!!! Am I going to get them!?!?!?!!!! PLEASE HELP MEWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah he probably has shingles and you will be fine!. most adults that have chicken pox get REALLY sick!.

Are you sure your grandpa has chicken pox and not shingles!. You don't usually get chicken pox twice, and yes you can get chicken pox even if you didn't touch a place with them!. It takes aroeund 5-7 days to show up on you!. I am sorry, Ihope you don't get them, it isn't for sure!.
