Question: Whenever you have allergies and sneeze is there still germs in it!?
I know there is if you sneeze when you have a cold!. But since your not really sick when you have allergies is there still germs in it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you sneeze it's your bodies way of trying to remove unwanted contaminants!. You are correct that when you have a cold the mucus you sneeze out contains germs!. When you sneeze because of an allergy, it's because of an increase in histamine and it can trigger sneezing, itching, water eyes, etc!.

An allergy sneeze contains germs too, just not a cold virus!.

So, be sure to cover your nose when you sneeze!. It's the polite thing to do!.

Latasha, all 'germs' are just bacteria and viruses, and those are present in mucus all the time!. When you have a cold, or a sinus infection, you just have additional germs!.

So when you're sneezing from allergies, yes, you're still spreading germs, unless you cover your sneeze!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
