It's a teenage thing!. Every guy get's body Acne, some guys are just stupider than others, and think that if they spend $1,000's on body wash and other random chemicals that it will go away!. Save yourself money and just keep your body clean, and wait it out!. Also, a lot of those creams and washes will just make it worse!. Wash your body with hot water, this relaxes your pores and cleans them out really good!. Then before you get out, rinse with cold water, this closes your pores so they dont get things like pollution in them causing pimples!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's most likely just a break out of acne (It's very common to get it on your chest and back as well as your face)!.
It's most likely just to do with your hormones and not your general cleanliness, what soap you use, etc!.
Stop using chemical products on it for a while!. It could be irritating it!. If you don't want to completely stop using them, you should definately make sure you don't use them more than once a week!. Like your face, overexfoliation and use of chemicals is harsh on your back and might damage the skin!.
A product you might be interested in is The Mask Of Magnaminty, from a shop called Lush!. It's a back and face pack that you smear on, let it dry, and then wash off!. If you don't have a shop locally, you can buy online!.
I have used it and it has really helped me, so I can personally recommend you try it!. It's pretty cheap too!
The best thing about it is that it's natural and won't be harsh on your skin with nasty chemicals!. I'd recommend you use this on your back instead of your current exfoliator, once a week!. It's good, because it smells lovely and minty, makes you skin tingle, really cleans your back and when you wash it off, the bits in it act as exfoliator!.
I'd recommend you use it once a week and leave it on for 15-20 minutes!. Put it on your face as well if you like - it's lovely!

You could also take some unprescribed tablets!.
I recommend Clear Complexion tablets - thy are herbal and you take a couple a day!.
They seemed to work for me, and they are cheap so it's definately worth a go!.
You should be able to get them from your local pharmacy!. I got mine from Holland and Barrat and I've seen them in Tesco as well, so take a look next time you go to the supermarket!.
If you can't find them, you can always order online!.

Dial soap!. The regular orange-kind, not the kind with moisturizers and other crap!. It can be hard to find these days, but usually CVS carries it!.
