Answers:
I have worked in a dermatologist's office for several years and have heard the following recommendation for patients with mild to moderate sunburn often: Use a mild over the counter cortisone cream once or twice daily for 2-3 days and a moisturizer with out any fragrance or color in it such as Cetaphil or CeraVe!. Remember that sun damage is cumulitive so not a bad idea to use a daily moisturizer with sunscreen in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its gonna take you a couple weeks to have your skin back to normal, that sounds like a really bad burn!.
But I had one worse and i had to go to the doctor for it and they gave me this steroid cream, and it healed it sooo quickly, almost instantly!. If you can't afford to go to a doctor, get some aloe vera lotion, and drink alot of water, your skin needs hydration, its all fried up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try aloe vera!. Although, not too long ago I read in a magazine that only time will heal a sunburn!. You can try a lotion but I doubt it'll make matters better!.

Chalk this up as a lesson learned!. I have a friend who never wears sunscreen and she always burns!. She is in her 20's and is a cute girl now!. But she is damaging her skin, could get skin cancer, and will probably ahve wrinkly skin when she isn't even that old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Time will make it better!. The sunburn killed a bunch of skin cells and they have to be replaced!. It takes a couple weeks for all the peeling to stop!. Some say aloe vera works pretty well for soothing the skin!. If it is painful try ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Buy aloe vera gel and rub it on there when it hurts, but in between uses, keep it in the fridge so it*s cool when you put it in your skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you put aloe vera lotion on it , that will help alot !. You should sleep with it on!. During the day when you can't wear the aloe lotion, just stick with cover up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cover your skin with cool wet cloths and don't break the blisters!. Seek medical help if it gets worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

rub vinegar on it!. It stinks but it helps!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
