there is a cream called "Sudocrem"
its not expensive at all,
but it works wonders!.
my brother has acne
he went to the doctors and he was given some tablets,
they went away completley!?
but he had really bad acne, not just spots!.
also there is a concealer you can buy,
it covers them up and it comes in all skin tones,
and it helps to get rid of them at the same time!.
its by "Witch"
its really good!.
and you have to know that as you get older you will get spots, i have them too, your not the only one (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what you have, but i've heard that a good remedy for blemishes is to crush up aspirin and mix it with a little water until it's a paste, and then put that on your blemishes before bed!. A demonologist would be able to tell you what they are and help you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 13 years this is most likely to be simple teenage acne!. If it is troublesome and is not responding to over the counter preparations, water has no effect by the way!. The best advice is to go see your GP!. next step would be a topical antibiotic roll on!. These are prescription only!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my friend literally just told me about how she had to go to the dermatologist today because she had the same problem!. I came across your question and i wanted to give you some details on what happened to her!. it was all over her legs and lower back and she had to get stiches!.!.!. im not sure why but she didWww@Answer-Health@Com

First, is it really acnea !? Is it only the forehead!?
If it is neither white or black may be or may be not!.
Better ask a doctor or people working at the pharmacy (it is free to ask them i think)!.

This is pretty normal teenage stuff, my son has same at moment, only on his forehead, lumps more than spots!. he is keeping it to a minimal by using an exfoliating mitt!. An exfoliating scrub would work just as well!. My son has also taken to washing his hair everyday and that seems to be helping too!.

There is very little a Dr can do, yours aren't infected spots, more greasy bumps!.

I'd just wash with a mild or medicated soap, use a cleanser/ toner across your forehead and nose, keep your hair off your face and use a dab of sudocreme at night on any breakouts!. Once or twice a week at most exfoliate your face, dont over exfoliate, it will leave you red and sore!

Sudocreme is very drying and although you want to dry out the skin you dont want to overdry it or you're more likely to get breakouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
