Question: Do you think its normal to be 5'5 and in seventh grade(12 years old)!? I feel like a freak!.!?

I was almost 5'7 at 12 - and yes, I felt like a freak, too!. I did not grow anymore - I just happened to hit puberty quicker than other girls!. When I look back at photos the only thing wrong with my height was that I was self-conscious and had slouchy posture (not attractive)!. Stand tall and straight - be proud of who you are!. People's perception often comes as a result of your self-confidence or lack thereof!. 12 is a tough age - sort of an in-between age!. You might be surprised to know that most 12 year old girls feel like freaks for all kinds of reasons - some just don't admit it!. I'm sure you are just wonderful!Www@Answer-Health@Com
girlfriend, you are no freak!. When I was in seventh grade I was 12yrs and 5'4!.!.!.a bit chunky I might add, but the following year I slimmed down!. 12yrs is around the puberty age where a female's body is constantly changing!.

When I was in 7th grade I was 11, 5'6, and chubby!. I definitely felt like a freak!. But trust me, you're not!. You'll grow into your body in a few more years!. In the meantime, focus on things that have nothing to do with what you look like -- getting good grades on tests, thinking about what college you want to go to, and you'll find that the world is a lot bigger than you think!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
