i know of a relative!.
he's 11 but he can barely speak his own language i only heard him say mum or da !.
he can walk move run fine he's quite hyper actually!.
but he has no sense what so ever for himself or others and doesn't really show many emotions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He sounds like he is autistic!. I have a nephew, who is only 4, but he can't say anything!. It looks normal, but doesn't act normal!. Alot of people think he just needs to get his butt beat, for some of the things he does, but he doesn't understand alot of things!. Its kinda he's an infant in a big boy's bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
Most likely autism!. My cousin, who is 22, is the same!.

It sounds like autism to me!. There are many different forms of it!. A girl I work with has a nephew that is autistic and he has those same traits among others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
