We have had mold in our bathroom ceiling for about 2 or more months now!. We had a leak in the bathroom vent and then the mold started growing out of it And we have called the apartments about getting it fixed!. they came out two times to "fix" the problem and he said he fixed it but it started leaking more after that!. Then to fix the mold problem he sprayed spray paint over it!. My husband, 15 month son and i are now really sick because of it we have gone to the doctor serveal times and the apartment manager is coming out today to look at it to see what she can do she said!.!. but i want to know what else can i do!?!? Can i get out of my lease early since it is effecting all three of our healths!? its been 2 freakin months now i mean doesnt that mean anything!?!? Yes you can get out of your lease do to health concerns!. However, make sure that you document the problem!.!. Take pictures!. Doctor statements, anything!. Don't stay there much longer!. The health of you child is the most important!. Also, take a Zip Lock bag and collect some of the mold for evidence!. You can call the health department and have them come by to see if this is the bad mold!. GOOD LUCK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
move out, have the mold removed permantly!. or pressurize the apartments about gettign it fixed permantly, or replace the vent!. ask for a spray(safe one) to be spraryed over the event in ur bathroom and kepe the door clsoed for a while afterwards to prevent the smell coming out!. ask a bulidder what he thinks that should be done to solve this problem!. redo teh bathromm againWww@Answer-Health@Com

But your lease will depend on the small print!. Get it out and read it--Get a copy of it if you want to write or circle stuff on it!. Keep the original-original!. Get out legally by following procedures first!
Also get copies of all your documents including good photographs of the ceiling and the vent, receipts for medications bought over the counter, missed work, mileage-etc!.!.!.get technical-- the more you have the less likely they will deny the suffering and danger imposed to your families health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
