Question: I have tiny bumps on my eyelid, are they harmful!?
On my left eye, it started with one, now there's three!. they are white and painless!. Does anyone have any idea what they are!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most likely they are just styes!. They are not harmful but can just be annoying!. If you continue to get them, go see your eye doctor!. A round of antibiotics can clear them out!. For the time being, try a hot rag on your eyes!. You can also wash your eyes with Baby Shampoo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They are milia, which are blockages of your follicles caused by oils!. Newborn infants are very prone to them, and in infants they usually clear up!. In adults they tend to linger, I don't advise self-surgery, so you should see a dermatologist to get them gently removed!. They are not harmful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably they are benign cysts!. Probably an epidermal inclusion cyst, if I was guessing--which I am!.
