Question: Acne scars! please help me!!!!!!?
i'm only 16 and my face is COVERED in acne scars! It upsets me so much, it effects my life everyday!. Without them i would be so pretty! i'm self conscience and i put too much makeup on to try to hide them!. i just feel ugly and dont want to leave the house with my friends!. Acne marks usually develop when you pop a pimple or squeeze it out!. This action peels off the pimple and the skin forcefully and leaves a permanent mark at the affected area!. The deeper the skin peels off, the darker is the mark!. Sometimes, it may leave a scar, which is all the more difficult to get rid off!. However, you may try out these remedies at home that will help you to get rid off acne marks and cure your face!.
* Take the fresh juice of lemon and dip some cotton wool in it!. Pat your face with the cotton and let it dry!. Some people may find the lemon juice irritating!. In that case, you can dilute it in some water or rose-water!. Let it dry for 15-20 minutes and wash your face with water after that!. Do this at least four times a week and you will find considerable change!.
* Make a paste with some sandalwood powder and rose-water!. Add 2-4 drops of lime juice to it!. Apply this paste on your face and neck and let it dry completely!. After that, rinse your face with cool water and wipe off the paste with cotton wool!. Do this on a regular basis (twice a week) to get good results!.
* Apply cucumber juice on your face with cotton wool!. In summers, you can do this almost daily as it helps cool off the skin and tighten the pores!. Cucumber juice is very helpful is making your skin glow and make it feel fresh!.

well first of all,not tryin to be rude, but make up only makes it worse!.so try not to go that route!.especially if its cheap make up!. i can say try proactiv!.but idk if that works, because ive never used it!.but what i do is i get oatmeal, about a handful, and get a honey packet, lyk the ones from kfc of sumthin!.and mix them together!.add some water!.but not too much;you dont want it watery!.next squeeze n e of that stuff out of your nose you may have!.such as black heads or n e thing!.then apply the mix to your face for about 8 mins!.your face may start to feel dry a little after,which is normal!.then rinse it off!.it would be best to rinse it in your kitchen sink!.then apply a little dab of lemon to your face!.you should see results within 1 wksWww@Answer-Health@Com
go to a dermatologist and have them reccomend and over the counter skin peel or have one professionally dont (pro is expens!.) or try rubbing coco butter after washing your face everynight and wash first thing in the morning!.!. also stop picking at them!.!.!. it really screws up your faceWww@Answer-Health@Com

whats your routine for cleaning your face!? don't use a wash with scrubbies in it!. it will only irritate your skin more!. a peel off mask a few times a week can really help too!. it takes off the dead skin and helps new skin start coming back again!. www!.makeupalley!.com is a really good site to find good products for any skin type and problem : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same thing but now that i got a prescription from my doctor i even take pills for it so that could be your problem jsut go to a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
i was like that i guess at a point but i went to my dermatologist and she gave me some facial cleansers and lotion it cleared up and my skin is good now!Www@Answer-Health@Com
