Answers:
All good answers so far, but if the bite isn't scratched open, rubbing alcohol actually works too!. Toothpaste is also an easy solution, as is clear nail polish (this is best for chiggar bites)!. To keep from getting bitten, keep a dryer sheet in your pocket! Of course, calamine or hydrocortisone cream is the best thing to use for most bites but depending on the severity, you may find one of the other remedies to work better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calamine's my favorite solution, but to give you an answer not yet displayed, you can also put ice (or whatever colds you have, like frozen veggies) on bites to reduce circulation and swelling (and therefore the itchiness)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have any around the house or want to go buy some then use some hydrocortisone cream!. if you dont have that make a paste out of baking soda and put it on the bites!. or you can go buy some witch hazel at the drug store!. it smells like liquid smoke but it works goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have any anti-itch cream, try a little baking soda mixed with water!. Make a paste out of it and put it on the bites!. Live it there til it dries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

DON'T SCRATCH THEM!. Clean them regularly!. The more you stop itching them, the quicker they'll go away!. And rub cream on them too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Apply calamine lotion!. It works well and can be purchased cheaply at the drug store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Dr!. Tichenor's mouth wash!. I was told about this, and tried it!. It worked the best of anything I've tried!. This was for mosquito bites, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
