Im also pregnant and was getting bad ones! I got one and then two days later I got another one! AND I have just got rid of one on the side of my mouth which was itchy!!! I went to my doctor and he said ''Is it really worth taking the risk!?'' He ment about loading my face with creams!. Every night before you go to bed put vaseline on your lips, and also each time you wake up during the night apply some more!. To be honest the creams dont work for me either!.
Make sure to always keep it moist with a lip salve (vaseline is the best I would say) But you could also try squirting a little bit of perfume on it!? It might sting but this might work for you!. The cold sore creams are a load of rubbish and some of them are
