Tea is one of the best way to cure cold, but not any tea, lemon tea or where available Chamomile tea with a little lime and small sugar!.
When it is too critical what I do is boil water and pour it in a bucket, add mentor like Robb or Mentholatum ointment!. I then stoop down with the bucket before me, then I cover myself fully with a thick clothe, inhaling the vapor for just five minutes, then shower with the same water!.
