Please help me! Do I actually have Exercise-Induced Asthma or is it just hyperve!

Question: Please help me! Do I actually have Exercise-Induced Asthma or is it just hyperventilation!?
I take my puffer (Asmol) right before my netball game and I sometimes take it when I have an attack (I hyperventilate)!. When I take the puffer, it works quite quickly and my breathing's back to normal in 15 seconds and then when I just rest for 15 seconds, my breathing goes back to normal!.

So, do I actually have Exercise-Induced Asthma or do I just have hyperventilation!?

What should I do!? Should I go and see a doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your Asmol will not work in 15 seconds !.!.!.!. its onset of action is 5 to 15 minutes !.!.!.

To be brutally honest with you !.!.!. it sounds like you have anxiety, hence the hyperventilation !.!.!.

Why have you been prescribed the inhaler!? Have you been diagnosed as having asthma!?

If you have documented EIB (Exercise Induced Bronchospasm) you should have been instructed to take the medicine 20 to 30 minutes prior to the match!. Your durational effect of the drug is 3 to 6 hours !.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
