I have really sensitive skin so I use Cetaphil facial wash mixed with a few tablespoons of baking soda to exfoliate! However, you can use just about any acne wash like NEUTROGENA and mix the baking soda in!.!. It feels great and isn't expensive! For toner!.!.!. I like Witch Hazel it's found in the peroxide/alcohol section and it's inexpensive!.!.!. It's a natural healing agent so it good for your skin!.!.!. Apply with a cotton ball or pad 2x a day to remove excess dirt/oil and heal acne!
If your acne is really, really bad you can get a clear gel that you can apply morning/night on affected areas!.!. Both NEUTROGENA and Clean/Clear make one!

I like Neutrogena's Acne Wash!. It has the acid stuff already in it to tighten your pores!. Make sure you follow up with an oil-free mosturizer, too!. Mary Kay also sells an excellent line of products!. It's called Basics or Basic Line!. The acne line is number 3!. They have a wash, toner (astrigent) to prevent blemishes, lotion and a deep cleanser/mask to use a couple of times a week!. It would run you about $50 every six to eight weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
use white hazel for an astringent, its natural and not as harsh as items with alcohol in it which drys out your face, and cause more acne!. try glycerin type soaps!. i know soap is said to be bad but i use dove, and wash my face twice aday and white hazel before i go to bed!. best bet is to get some medical advice, they can prescribe you antibiotics, which treat it from the inside!. the stuff you put in you hair might effect your face too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
