Question: I think I may have an STD!?
I had unprotected sex 2 Fridays ago and ever sinse I have had some unpleasant symptoms!. From about 4 days after I had intercourse my vagina has been extremely itchy!. At first it started off as a slight itch but now it is becoming impossible to ignore!. Everytime I use the toilet I end up having to scratch uncontrollably and last night I was doing the same and then my, I think it's called the labia majora, swelled up awfully and was darker than usual and even when I tried to move them, they really hurt!. This morning I checked again and they were still swollen but they have gone down now but everything is still quite itchy and my clitoris is very soar!.
Ofcourse I will go get it checked out but I would like some opinions on it now from other people on what it could be and if anyone else has also experienced this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like this could be a yeast infection!. And yes it has happened to me before, and turned out to be just a yeast infection!. Don't jump to conclusions, try purchasing a vaginal cream from a pharmacy first and if it doesn't clear up within a few days after, see a doctor and they will be able to properly diagnose you!. Doesn't sound like an STD to me!.!.!.!.!. Herpes is usually very painful and the primary outbreak would be accompanied by other symptoms like fatigue, fever, and general flu-like symptoms!. Ask the guy what is up!. Tell him what is going on and ask him if he has an STD!. If he admits to it he is a scum!. If he doesn't and then you prove you have one then he is a lying scum!.

Yes I would go ask your doctor it could be bacterial infection or yeast infection but it could be an STD so you can't really tell since you gave vague symptoms usually you have weirdly colored discharge which is kinda important in knowing what you had!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
that does sound suspicous!. could definatly be an std could also be just from chaffing or friction!. since u had unprotected sex!. could be anything with just those symptoms!. but u should get this properly tested and diagnossed at the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like Chlamydia, I had a friend who had this and she was all freaked out but really go get tested for Chlamydia and Gonorhea and the rest of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mother and I have seen this before!. I had the same symptoms just before I got pregnant with my last one!. I could be a UTI!. Yes that is a urinary tract infection!. I had no burning when I urinated!. Sometimes this can happen!. I also had BV this is bacterial vaganosis!. It can be transfered sexually but for the most part it only effects women!. This is caused by lotions that don't belong in that area or other forgein substances!. It is mainly an imbalance of hormones and a mixture of moisture!. It could also be a yeast infection!. It doesn't sound like it it sounds more like BV but only a GYN can tell you for sure!. The only way it can be taken care of is antibiotics!. Trust me my husband liked to use lotion a lot and I told him if he did it any more I'd kill him because it hurt and itched so bad and he wasn't the one having to deal with the thing so he doesn't do it any more!. Just watch what goes in that area!. There should be moisturizers out that can be substituted for lotions and if you need to put lotion on your legs don't go too high up!. I hope this helps!.
