2) Keep it clean as possible, and go and get some cream from your doctor or simply purchase something like E45!.
3) Apply cold compresses!.

Keep the area dry!. This could be difficult if it is on a part of your body that sweats!.
You can use powder to help it stay dry!. Your only other choice is to use baby diaper rash ointments that will make a moisture barrier and keep the wetness off your skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I got heat rash I took an antihistimine before bed and it was gone by morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
