BP meds + 1100mg. sodium= Will meds conquer all?!
Question: BP meds + 1100mg!. sodium= Will meds conquer all!?
So if you take morning meds for elevated B!.P!. & twenty minutes later eat a breakfast sandwich with 1180 mg of sodium is your BP going to be affected!?
This is BP controlled by meds, just walking & diet doesn't seem to control

the daily allowance is 2400mg of sodium per day!. So If you ate breakfast at 1180mg and perhaps lunch at 1200mg you are approaching at the daily allowance before you even have dinner!. high sodium does increase the BP!. So bp meds, the right diet and exercise may keep the Bp low!. Your kidneys will try to preserve the sodium which attracts water thus making your BP to rise!. I'm allowed 500mg daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Bad, bad idea!. The sodium will have an effect on the BP, if not right away, over time!. Taking medication so that you can eat the very thing that makes your condition worse, is counter productive!. That's like using a breathing inhaler so that you can smoke a cigarette!. What a crazy way to live!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are one of the 16 % of the people whom salt causes BP to rise!. Stay off salt!. I will do you no good!. If you are one of th 16% whm salt lowers BP Stay off salt!. If salt doesn't effect your BP still eat as little as you can!. STAY OFF salt , it is in almost every processed food!.Especially MAP packaged meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
