My hubby appears to have Shingles...what is the treatment of it?!

My husband had this to and it was afully painful for him!. There is no treatment for this!. It is like a chicken pox it has to run its course!. The doctor can prescribe a pain relief medicine to help him deal with the pain!.

As the one person said YES it is highly contaigious so you need to keep everything that he is wearing away from your stuff and where ever he lays make sure that you or anyone else doesnt sit there!. Everything needs to be washed!. It is a terrible thing to have!. My husband had it where is wrapped around his chest to his back and he could not wear close for a couple of weeks!. i had shingles right arond my stomach never felt pain like it you cant wear clothes or anything get him to the doctor as soon as possible he needs what they call a shingles pack and pain killers this can be brought on by stress and depressionWww@Answer-Health@Com
