Why did I black out while practicing softball last night?!

Question: Why did I black out while practicing softball last night!?
It wasn't that long, only about one second where I couldn't control anything, and everything was black, and my body felt like really heavy!. I don't know if that's blacking out or not, but whatever it was, I didn't like it!.

While pitching at practice last night, (which I've done billions of times before), I started to get tired!. This isn't really normal as I had only pitched to about 2 batters!. I got this terrible headache, and then I started to get dizzy!. The field started rotating and then I just blacked out like so!. When I got back to the bench, I realized that I couldn't breathe that well!.!.!. it felt like only one of my lungs was working!. But now I'm fine!.

My medical history does have some asthma in it, and food allergies!. The asthma occurred when I was about 8 and showed itself in the form of a hurting shoulder due to my expanding lung!. I never had difficulty breathing!. I was "cured" of it a few years back but I still use my inhaler before practices just in case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
