Answers:
I always got morning sickness at the smell of food, on tasting food, on getting out of bed, just about any reason you can think of and I was racing to pay tribute to the porcelain goddess!!

I did that with all of my pregnancies!

The biggest part of treating gestational diabetes is controlling your blood sugar levels!. There are things you and your doctor can do in order to control your levels and keep them at a safe and normal amount:

*
Close monitoring of you and your baby
*
Self monitoring of blood glucose levels
*
Insulin therapy, if necessary
*
Diet and exercise management
*
It has been reported that women who develop gestational diabetes have a greater chance of developing overt (Type II) diabetes later in life!.

Now for diet management

1!. Severely limit your carb level, taking only from the low glycemic range!.

2!. Don't load your metabolism to the eye balls first thing in the morning, stick to protein and veg and nuts of the low carb kind!.

3!. Do not eat any carbs once you finnish work, since your body will be much less efficient once it becomes less active!.

i eat really anything i want, your not supposed to but honestly i havent really seen a difference exept for the fact that youll put on alot of weight and look like a cow! i did before i started eating what i was supposed to i lost about 45 pounds when i did but now that im not again ive gained about five back!. its not easy to eat what your supposed to im not even going to lie especially if its all around you!. but if you dont they will put you on insulin eventually wich is something you really dont want!. giving yourself shots is not fun! i dont have to do that, only because in insulin resistant but my grandma and grandpa do and they hate it!
