Question: How do i clean out my nose!?!!?
Like!.!.!.Everytime i smell or inhale with my nose, I smell some nasty *** ****!. Things that usually smell good smell like straight asshole to me, and everything i tried doesn't seem to get the smell out of my nose (nasal spray, medicine, DRINKING WATER FROM MY NOSE, etc!.!.!.) Topical Saline Rinse used for first aid would be a good solution!. Same Rx that is given to soldiers in the Middle East for sinusitis due to the substantial amount of dirt particles in the air!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could try a nettie pot!. You use one to rinse out your sinuses through your nose!. It takes a while to get used to because if you are doing it right the water you pour in one nostril will come out the other or down your throat!. I've started using one, I had a similar problem as your and it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try saline nose spray, it's just salt and water in a nose spray but without all the medications of a nasal spray!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
