after not eating since mid night and fasting my blood was 95 at 11!.am
it this getting on the high side of normal after noting eating so long!?also do you that have diabetites ever have fast heart rate from it!?And if so when and why!?Before or after medication!?

The blood glucose (BG) level for Diabetes is 126!. Anything below 100 is NORMAL!. Your level is definitely in the normal range!. I am a Diabetic and have read over a dozen books on the subject as I was diagnosed in February with a BG of 299 and 271!. To be diagnosed with Diabetes, you need to have two tests in a short period of time over the 126 mark!.
The "Dawn Effect" is what occurs for about the first hour after you wake up!. You wake up with an adrenaline surge, this is what wakes you up, and this triggers your body to release blood sugar to energize the body!. This raises your BG score until your body consumes this sugar burst!.
