Question: Blood sugar level 86!?
I just tested it on one of those finger testing ones!.The last time I ate was two hours ago and all I drank today was water!. Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, 86 is a normal non fasting blood sugar result!. Normal is between 80-120 and the low and high number can fluctuate depending on when you have eaten last!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
86 is not really considered low!. You really need to test a couple of times throughout the day!. Before meals, and you would probably want to check again after a meal, maybe a half hour to and hour afterwards!. Generally keeping it between 85 and about 110 would be considered good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
