Okay I have it too and you need to stay away from all carbonated drinks, milk and other dairy products if possible, avocadoes, and really fatty foods, processed sugar products, liquors, especially sweet liqeours, eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies both cooked and raw, try to remove most of the fat from meats and take a stool softener on a fairly regular basis!. I do still indulge some of these things now and then, but be prepaired for the aftermath if you do!. You will go back and forth from constipation and diarrhea, hemmoroids, bloating and reflux!. Also a trick my Dr!. taught me was to drink one glass daily of citricell for one month!. This is the equivalent of a reset button for your entire digestive system!. It takes a month, but if you do this every day, most of your problems will go away by the end of the month and you will have relief for awhile, just do it again when the problems come back!. If you avoid the list I gave you and make sure your fiber content stays high, you can live pretty comfortable with IBS!. Also it is usually triggered by stress as well, so work on trying to relax and let it all go!. As for the weight issue I would recommend "Core Rythmn" look it up, it's fun and weight falls right off, and cause you're dancing it doesn't feel like excercise at all!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
