I am 22 and have mild to moderate acne on my face (have had for years) and what i'm about to mention is really working for me even after 1 week! (and I've tried everything)!.

ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
try organic apple cider vinegar!. I have mild-moderate acne and i've started applying it on a cottan pad to my face or spot treatment on specific pimples and it is killing the pimples within 2 days instead of 1 week!. Although it takes a bit longer for the mark to go away, at least they heal faster!.

Organic is what you need to get as it is free of chemicals which can make pimples worse and has natural healing properties!. You can also take (drink) organic apple cider vinegar (1 teaspoon in a mug of green tea with a teaspoon of honey) tastes a bit strange at first but just add a bit more honey and it tastes like lemon), this is good for you and helps with treating acne from the inside out!. You can have this tea mixture in morning and night (1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar morning and 1 teaspoon at night) I've started with just 1 teaspoon of it in tea per day!. 2 teaspoons of it in one tea tastes a bit gross and strong, so 1 teaspoon with honey is good!. You can research it on the internet!. There's lots of info about it - search 'apple cider vinegar acne' and see what appears in search engine results!.

I've been on most acne treatments (antibiotics, the pill, benzol peroxide, Proactiv, accutane) and my acne still came back!. So frustrating!! Accutane worked extremely well but only while I was on it, and it is the harshest acne treatment out there with lots of side effects (need to go to dermatologist for this), but my skin was clear while on it, but acne came back after a couple of months being off it!. I ended up going on it twice over two years!. I was so upset that my acne returned because of all of the side effects I went through and that it isn't good for your body!. My acne is not as bad but still is mild-moderate and effects me!. Some people it works though long term really well and their acne doesn't return and they stay in remission (no acne!)!. This is for moderate to severe acne - you would need to see a dermatologist about it!.

please note: DO NOT use apple cider vinegar or zinc if you decide to go on accutane!.

I have been using apple cider vinegar for 1 week now after reading about it for treating acne on www!.acne!.org !.
I have pimples on my cheeks, whiteheads on my forehead, blackheads on my nose and spots on my chins area!.

RESULTS

The organic apple cider vinegar is clearing up my face (within 2 hours the itching from the active acne had gone, and they seemed to have died)!. One week on, my left side is clearing up, no new pimples, right side current pimples dried out and gone, a couple of new pimples, not as many though and some marks healing!. I've read on www!.acne!.org & in search results about people whose acne has cleared up from using apple cider vinegar topically & drinking!. It is natural, no harsh chemicals, and is VERY affordable!.

WASHING FACE
I've also been washing my face with Cetaphil (ph balanced non clogging cleanser from pharmacy) in shower morning and night or with warm flannel!. Non comodegenic, oil free makeup & same for moisturiser/sunscreen in day time, no moisturisor at night!. At night use apple cider vinegar on cotton pad after shower/cleansed face and wipe over face, leave on (maybe begin by diluting a bit first to make sure your skin is ok with it)!. I only do it at night coz it has a strong smell :) then wash off in morning!.

ZINC SUPPLEMENT
Zinc supplements also help with pimple wound healing and regulates oil production in skin!. Lack of zinc means oil glands can go into overdrive and produce more oil/sebum which clogs pores!. You can go to a health shop or chemist and ask about zinc to help treat acne (even if not lacking in zinc in diet, you can ask to take it for treatment of acne)!. They can point you in the direction for the correct dosage (not too high) for this purpose!.

WATER
Also drink lots of water! carry a drink bottle around with you as water helps flush out your body of any toxins!.

You may find your skin breaks out a bit at first but this is normal (and annoying!) but it means your skin is flushing out stuff and it appears as pimples while it detoxes!. give it a little bit of time for it to balance out after the first break out!. hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heres is what works for me, its cheap and I got rid of ALL of my acne in about a week!!

1!. Wash you face 2 times a day or even more for the better, once when you wake up and once after you have lunch!.

2!. DON'T drink MILK, find other sources of calcium!. Milk is actually scientifically proven and leading causes for acne!. Seriously try to eliminate or lessen that from your diet!.

3!. Drink a CRAPLOAD of water!. Try to drink water as much as you can!. Try to drink nothing but water for a week if that helps!. Water is the cure for everything and not just acne!.

4!. Crack a egg and splat it on your face!. Eggs are one of the best ways to clear oil off your face so you can get rid of acne!. It will smell at first and feel uncomfortable but you'll get use to it!. Leave that on for about 20 minutes and do that like every two days before you take a shower, that way it's easier to wash it off!. Make sure you don't do it everyday or your skin will get immune to it!.

5!. Everyday right before you go to bed, cover your face with honey, it does wonders!. It gets rid of a lot of bacteria in your face which is good for getting rid of acne!. Not only does it lessen acne but it also smooths and softens your skin and makes it look better!.

The only thing that has worked for my wife!.!.!.and I seriously hope all acne suffers read this!.!.!.is she started to take vitamin supplements (omega blend, Vita D3, B complex, Multi Vita, and Taurine)!. I've tried several things!.!.!.some work and some didn't!. Here's what I found!.!.!.

1!. Use a three step system that is formulated for acne!.!.!.many stores have these systems like AcneFree!. I wouldn't waste the money on ProActiv!.!.!.the drugstore brands work just as well!. I've also been using Clinique's 3 step system and that's been working good too!.

2!. Always, always, always, wash, tone, and moisturize your face!. Never go to bed with makeup on!.

3!. If possible get a prescription cream!. You don't have to see a dermatologist, your primary doctor can prescribe these for you!. Check with your insurance first to see which ones are covered!. A simple benzoyl peroxide cream works well!.

4!. I found that I have to be consistent with my skincare!. I use a clarifying mask once a week and cleanse my face every day! If I skip even a day I can tell!.
