Ok so my bf has insomnia and he hasnt slept the last 3 days
has ne 1 got ne sleeping tips !?
i really want to help him cos hes getting really tired XD

Tell him to have his b12 levels checked!. I was having the same proble and my level was 114 after taking injections etc I have been able to sleep a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
