My heart hurts...?!

As most other people pointed out, you really need to visit your doctor and have him check to make sure things are okay, but I just wanted to say that I had something similar off and on when I was younger!. I specifically remember the pain I felt when I breathed normally -- I had to take shallow breathes for a minute until the pain went away!. My doctor told me that it was quite common amongst teens who were growing/developing!. So no need to get worried, but definitely ask your doctor just to be sure it isn't something serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happens to me sometimes, when I am carrying my son, and stuff like that!. I went and got a sonogram of my heart b/c I was so worried about it, and they said that I was straining the muscle and thats what was causing the pain!. You should still go to the doctor, b/c everyone is different and just b/c thats what the problem was for me, doesn't mean that is what is wrong with you!. Good luck :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

dat used happen to me too, but then i began to run all the time and it went away on its own however i occasionaly get but its not as bad where i want to cry, still painful

i would talk to ur doctor i started happenin to me aournd 13 too, start excersing get ur heart in shape

Don't worry,I'm 12 lol

Anyway,What this is called is probably just same inflamtion in your lungs!.!.meaning!.!.it causes your chest to hurt(My mainly hurts on the left too) it's wear the tissues in your lungs get irritated!.>!.<

again-don't worry!.!.What helps me is I have an inhaler that I use everytime this happens!.

GO TO THE DOCTOR!!! could be alot worse than heartburn! your only 13 i dout you even get it! please go to the doctor about it! one of my friends younger brother (14) was playing soccer and collapsed and he passed away in the ambulance on the way to the hospital!. he had a strange heart condition that they only found out wen he died ITS NOT HEARTBURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i actually have this sometimes too but not as bad as your making it sound!.
usually when i just wake up but sometimes other times
i found its best to just massage it a little but not too hard!. it kinda helps relieve pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Does it happen always or just after eating!? Because if it's after eating it could be indegestion!. Or it could be a number of things, your best bet is to go see your doctor ASAP!. Better safe then sorry!. Good luck
