If you have tingling in your hands and feet, sometimes that could come from such things as anemia or a vitamin deficiency such as B-12 or B-6 or other things such as Multiple Sclerosis!. A gluten intolerance could also be a possibility!. There is a blood test to check for that!. Try reading the website below about gluten intolerance and you could try to cut out gluten foods and see if it helps, but you should really ask your doctor!. You could also get checked for food allergies with a skin test!. Another name for gluten intolerance is CELIAC SPRUE DISEASE

Roughly one out of every 133 Americans has celiac disease, but 97% remain undiagnosed!. This means that almost three million Americans have celiac disease and only about 100,000 know they have it!.

If you have severe nausea after eating, you should perhaps get some blood tests to check your liver tests and complete blood count and kidney function!. You might need an upper GI study to check you for inflammation or other problem in your stomach!.

If you are having nausea along with the numbness and tingling, it would make me wonder if you have a GI disorder related to a malabsorption problem!. Take some vitamin B vitamins, but see your doctor!. Some people with Vitamin B-12 deficiency have to have shots of B-12 because they are unable to absorb it!.

Check these websites below for more info on your symptoms and possible causes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are following the diet correctly, you should be seeing improvement in symptoms by now!. Remember carbohydrates metabolize as sugar, so watch those!. Keep your appointment an discuss it with the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My diagnosis is something is wrong!. Maybe ask for a different doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
